Sonia Dhillon, MPCC-Provisional (CPCA), is a trauma-informed clinical counsellor providing compassionate, client-focused therapy in Surrey. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen, understood, and supported, allowing meaningful change to happen.

Sonia works with individuals navigating PTSD, childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, addiction, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and the impact of past experiences. Her goal is to help clients develop self-awareness, understand life patterns, and reconnect with their inner strengths and values.
