At Therapy Now, we value your time and ours. To ensure all patients receive timely care, please review our cancellation and no-show policy carefully.
Our Policy
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a cancellation fee as follows:
- 1st time: 50% of the treatment fee
- 2nd time and any subsequent times: 100% of the treatment fee

- Logging on to your Janeapp (therapynow.janeapp), click on the drop down arrow next to your appointment and hit Cancel. *Note this is only available if you are cancelling before 24 hours of your appointment.
